Once all the children where in school, Majorie worked in housekeeping at the Jackson Hospital and the Good Samaritan Society until retiring in 2000. Due to health issues, Marjorie moved into the Pines Assisted Living and later became a resident of the Good Samaritan Society in Jackson. On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, Marjorie passed away, with her family by her side at the age of 84 years, 7 months, and 21 days.
